The import of products subject to mandatory standard regulations after the expiration of the prescribed deadline, according to necessity and priority, must be in accordance with the national standard or valid technical standards and regulations accepted by the organization.
The export of products subject to the implementation of mandatory standards is subject to the issuance of a certificate of conformity based on the standard set by the target country or international standards accepted by the parties and the technical specifications stated by the legal or competent authorities of the target country and the issuance of a certificate of conformity by the National Standards Organization of Iran.
